Youth Ministry

IMPACT Student Ministry of Central Baptist Church is a place that students in grades 6-12 can come and engage in an opportunity to begin or develop a personal relationship with Jesus. We operate off of three principles: (1) Love God. (2) Love People. (3) Love Always. This comes from the two Greatest Commandments as established in Matthew 22:37-39.

To IMPACT our schools, the community, our families and the rest of the world with the love of Jesus in such a way that lives are eternally changed.

David Gantt is our current Student Pastor. He has several other adult volunteers that help him lead and minister to our students. All leaders are background checked in order to provide a safe place for young people to come and gather.

We meet twice a week for Bible study and a time to just hang out with one another. Throughout the year we have various trips we go on from discipleship weekend, summer camp, summer mission trips, etc. Our trips range from day-long, weekend long to week long. We are also involved with the community helping out in local schools and with organizations that reach out to the less fortunate within our community. There are multiple opportunities for students to get involved: Sunday 9:45am - Middle School and High School Sunday School Classes. Sunday 6:00pm - Sunday Night Student Bible Study. Wednesday 7:00-8:00pm - Wednesday Night Student Bible Study.
